For those who couldn't attend the recent DIG meeting on June 4, 2024 about the development plans for The Paddocks of Frankfort, please refer to the attached document presented by Jason Taylor, VP of Equity Management and a fellow DIG member. Special thanks to Jason for sharing these exciting plans, which include Target as one of the anchor stores as well as numerous other retail brands. Plans call for a $150 million regional shopping center located just off I-64 exit 53 in Frankfort. It is estimated that The Paddocks will create nearly 1800 construction jobs over 3 years and thereafter it will have an annual impact of supporting 1000+ jobs and $28 million in yearly wages. Developers Pat Madden of Hamburg Place, along with Bret Caller and Jason Taylor believe that the shopping center will draw shoppers from seven neighboring counties. Target is expected to open in 2026.
